For Ambassadors

Tools to help you lead with confidence.

Two helpers built for Fit in Faith ambassadors. One builds a full session for your group in minutes. The other answers questions about leading, growing, and encouraging your people. They handle the prep so you can focus on the people in the room.

Heads up: Each tool opens as a chat on its own page. Look for the chat button in the bottom corner, and give it a few seconds to load the first time.

Tool 1

Session Planner

Tell it about your group: age, fitness level, session length, wellness topic, scripture theme, and equipment. It builds a complete outline with a warmup, workout with seated options, cooldown, devotional, scripture, discussion questions, closing prayer, and a reflection prompt.

Tool 2

Ambassador Coach

Practical guidance on the human side of leading. Growing your group, adapting activities for mixed abilities, handling a room that's too small or too full, and steadying your nerves before your first session. Ask a real question and get a specific answer.

Getting the most from the Session Planner

The more you tell it, the better the plan.

The Session Planner will ask about your group. Have these details ready, or copy the template below to answer all at once.

What to have ready

Group: (e.g. 12 senior women, mostly beginners)
Fitness level: (beginner / mixed / active)
Session length: (e.g. 45 minutes)
Wellness topic: (e.g. heart health, rest, stress)
Scripture theme: (e.g. gratitude, perseverance)
Equipment: (e.g. none, chairs, resistance bands)

These tools help you prepare. They never lead for you.

Sessions stay in person and led by people. These tools handle the planning so you can spend your energy on the group. Always read what they give you and adjust it before you lead.
